So I think my avoidance of the early rising experiment has caught up with me. Over the past week or two, whenever I quit trying, I decided to do more of the staying up as late as possible and waking up as late as possible (usually 6am) plan. Well it finally caugh up with me last night when I went to bed around 8pm and slept about 12 hours. I needed the sleep bad. Throughout the week my eyes felt itchy as if from allergies except really it was lack of sleep. You’d think with this sudden lack of sleep that I’d be a productive person, but far from it in case you couldn’t tell by the lack of blogging/review writing. I think I should give the early rising thing another try and I’ll start tomorrow night.
